- From the Philippines and doesn't have any dual citizenship
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong listening and typing skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Willing to be trained for a month
Beneficial Experience
The following skills and experiences are highly valued but not mandatory:
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems
- Medical terminology knowledge
- HIPAA knowledge
- Medical scribing or receptionist experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Home health, clinic, or specialty practice experience
- Experience working remotely
