Virtual Wound Care Scribe

--Readyteam--

Our Virtual Wound Care Medical Scribes provide specialized documentation support for wound care providers, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care while ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation. Working in real time or asynchronously, they become an extension of your clinical team by documenting patient encounters directly within your electronic health record (EHR).

Responsibilities include documenting histories, wound assessments, measurements, procedures, debridement, advanced wound therapies, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations. Our scribes accurately capture wound characteristics, staging, healing progress, photographs, and provider findings while preparing complete visit notes for review and signature. They also organize patient charts, retrieve prior records, and help maintain consistent documentation throughout the patient's course of treatment.

With experience supporting mobile wound care practices, outpatient wound clinics, and multidisciplinary wound care teams, our Virtual Wound Care Medical Scribes help improve provider productivity, reduce documentation time, and support accurate, compliant clinical records—allowing providers to spend more time treating patients and less time completing charts.
